Providence Capital Group, LLC (PCG) is a real estate investment, development, and consulting company that operates in the greater Philadelphia area. PCG captures value by acquiring distressed real estate assets at discounted prices, developing the property and then leasing/selling the property at fair market value. In addition to PCG investing and developing its own portfolio, PCG also offers consulting services to clients seeking to identify and capitalize on real estate investment/development opportunities. PCG proudly offers these services through its partnership with Keller Williams Realty commercial and residential divisions. Services include:

ABOUT THE TEAM
President

Mark R. Geraghty, MBA

 

Mark has worked in real estate investment, development, and consulting in varying capacities since 2011 when he purchased his first investment property at the age of 18. He then obtained his real estate license in 2012 and has since worked at both residential and commercial brokerage firms where he became well versed in market research, sales, and leasing, asset evaluation, and property management. With a grander vision in mind, Mark founded Providence Capital Group in 2015 to focus on ground-up new construction, residential and commercial redevelopment, investment property repositioning, and strategic consulting.

Academically, Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Real Estate concentration from West Chester University. He graduated with honors and received his MBA in 2018.
